Corky Pasta Salad
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Corkscrew Pasta
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Tricolored Cheese Tortellini
- 1 cup Chopped Celery, More Or Less To Taste
- 1 cup Chopped Onion, More Or Less To Taste
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Black Olives, More Or Less To Taste
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, More Or Less To Taste
- Feta Cheese, To Taste
- 1 bottle (8 Oz. Bottle) Italian Dressing
- 1 package (6-7 Oz. Package) Pesto Pasta Sauce
- Cook both packages of pasta per package directions and set aside in a large bowl.
- Chop both the celery and onion. All of the ingredients are to your own preference for amounts. I generally like a good 2-handed cupped handful (if that makes sense to any of y'all). Add both of these to the bowl.
- Add the black olives and cherry tomatoes (I generally use a large can of olives chopped in half, and a package of cherry tomatoes).
- Add feta cheese to your liking.
- Mix all of this together.
- Pour pesto sauce and Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and mix until all pasta is coated.
- Chill for a couple of hours and serve.
- This is really yummy the next day as well.
