Silverado Taco Casserole

  1. In lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, place one-half taco chips.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In 10-inch skillet, brown beef until crumbled. Drain.
  4. Add taco seasoning mix and water.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
  7. Spoon meat mixture over taco shells.
  8. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  9. Place remaining taco chips over cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  11. Arrange tomato wedges and olives attractively on top.
  12. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  13. Serve with taco sauce.
  14. Makes 6 servings.
