Whole Wheat Brownies
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Regular White Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Oil (vegetable, Corn, Canola, Or Sunflower)
- 1. Sift together the white & wheat flours, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir lightly to combine.
- 2. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla, and oil.
- 3. Add milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir only just enough to combine.
- 4. Pour into a lightly greased pan or individual muffin cups, and bake 30-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven until cooked through. (Use the usual test of sticking a knife tip or toothpick in and seeing if it comes out clean).
