Cauliflower Casserole

  1. Cook cauliflower until crisp tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. In medium saucepan, saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes. Add flour, gradually stir in milk.toil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat, add cheeses, stir until melted.
  5. Add pimentos and salt.tlace 1/2 of cauliflower in a greased 2 qt. baking dish.
  6. Top with half of sauce.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
