Dunkin' Platters(Makes 6 Dozen)
- 2 c. margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 c. flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 to 1 c. coconut
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
- Melt margarine and blend with sugars.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in cornflakes and oatmeal.
- Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder; add to first mixture.
- Add your choice of the next 5 ingredients using more or less of each according to your favorites.
- Mix well.
- Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Place far apart as will spread.
- Bake 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
