Double Chocolate Halloween Bark
- 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate
- 1/2 cups Selection Of Gummy Sweets
- 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles, Autumn Coloured
- 5 whole Oreo Cookies, Crushed
- 1/2 cups Marshmallows, I Used Halloween Shaped Ones
- 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Covered Honeycomb Pieces Or Other Chocolate Of Choice
- Line a large rimmed baking tray with grease-proof paper or a silicone sheet.
- Place the white chocolate into a heatproof bowl and either melt over a simmering saucepan of water, or place in the microwave and heat in 30 second increments, stirring well in between additional increments. Set aside.
- Place the milk chocolate into another heatproof bowl and heat as above until melted.
- Pour the white chocolate onto the lined baking tray and spread with an angled spatula, until you have a large, even rectangle that's around 5-6mm thick. Spoon the milk chocolate over the white chocolate and use a skewer to swirl together the two chocolates.
- Sprinkle sweets, sprinkles, crushed Oreos, marshmallows and honeycomb pieces all over the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
