Rich Fudge Brownies

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugars, flour, Egg Beaters, applesauce, corn syrup, Hershey's chocolate syrup and cocoa.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Stir in vanilla and Grape-Nuts, if desired. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  6. Frost with lite fudge topping.
  7. Yields 36 brownies.
