Creamy Pineapple Squares

  1. Dissolve
  2. gelatin
  3. in
  4. boiling water.
  5. Chill until thick but not
  6. set.
  7. Drain
  8. pineapple reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
  9. Fold pineapple
  10. and
  11. pecans into gelatin mixture.
  12. Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch square pan.
  13. Chill until almost set, then dissolve gelatin
  14. in
  15. water.
  16. Add
  17. reserved pineapple liquid.
  18. Gradually add to cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
  19. Pour over lime gelatin layer.
  20. Chill until firm.
