Add Anything Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1-1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3 dashes Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, Dried Cherries (whatever You Like)
- 2-1/2 cups Old-fashion Rolled Oats
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
- 2. Beat butter and sugars until creamed.
- 3. Add in eggs, milk and vanilla extract; beat well.
- 4. Combine all dry ingredients except oats and your choice of add-ins.
- 5. Slowly add in the dry ingredients in until completely combined, then add in oats and your choice of add-ins.
- 6. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes (this depends on how crunchy or soft you like your cookies).
- Note: if you want to make bars instead of cookies, press the dough into a ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
