Cup Of Hot Water Cake

  1. Combine the cake ingredients in a medium bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 13 x 9 pan or until cake tests done in center.
  2. Icing can be made just before or after pulling cake from the oven. Combine milk, cocoa, and butter. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and vanilla (and a big spoonful of peanut butter if you like!). Pour over the hot cake.
