Double Chocolate Brownies With Peanut Butter
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cocoa and chocolate chips. Then mix in oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour onto a cookie sheet. (I like to bake this on my Pampered Chef bar pan.) Top with peanut butter chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until almost set. Do not overbake.
- These are great served immediately, or can also be cooled and served later.
- If I plan to store them, I like to put them into an airtight container as soon as they have cooled a little bit. They retain their original moisture and texture much better this way.
