Ham, Chicken Or Turkey Tetrazzini(Serves 8)
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. half and half or regular milk
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can asparagus or fresh, cooked until tender
- 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 4 c. cooked cubed ham
- In medium pan, melt butter and stir in flour; add chicken broth and milk and heat until thick.
- Stir in rest of ingredients. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise.
- Oil 9 x 13-inch baking dish; layer asparagus, ham and spaghetti.
- Pour sauce over top and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350u0b0.
