Spinach And Radish Sprout Salad With Strawberries And Spinach In A Mint Vinaigrette
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 bunch Radish Sprouts
- 5 whole Strawberries, Sliced
- 1/3 cups Feta Cheese, Crumbled

- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2/3 cups Fresh Mint, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups White Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- For the Salad:
- 1. Add radish sprouts over spinach into a large salad serving bowl.
- 2. Top with freshly sliced organic strawberries and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- For the Dressing:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or other small glass bottle.
- 2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least two hours so that the flavors can incorporate.
- 3. Drizzle over your salad, toss and serve!
