Spatula Bread
- 1-2/3 cup Hot Water
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 cups White Bread Flour
- 1/4 cups Wheat Germ (optional)
- 3/4 cups GrapeNuts Cereal
- 1 Tablespoon Vital Wheat Gluten (optional)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Yeast
- 2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- Put ingredients in a bread machine pan, either in the order given here or in the order recommended by your machine manual.
- If your machine has a nuts/seeds slot, put the seeds there; otherwise, put them in the pan.
- Set the machine to the largest white loaf, with a dark crust. (Use the "add extras" setting if you're using a nut/seed slot.)
- This makes a large (2 lb) loaf!
