Baked Sweet Potato Fries
- FOR THE SWEET POTATO FRIES:
- 1-1/2 whole Large Sweet Potatoes, Cut Into 1/4 Inch Sticks
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Paprika
- Parmesan Cheese, To Serve (optional)
- Fresh Parsley, Chopped, To Serve (optional)
- FOR THE SPICY KETCHUP:
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Chili Powder
- For the sweet potato fries:
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
- Add sweet potatoes to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and tender on the inside. Rotate and flip fries halfway through.
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately with a side of spicy ketchup.
- For the spicy ketchup:
- Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a light simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve alongside sweet potato fries.
