Oatmeal Walnut Cookies
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 sticks Butter, Softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Rolled Oats, Raw
- 1 cup Walnuts, Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, using electric mixer, beat sugars and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well. Scrap down bowl as needed. Add flour mixture and oats, mix well. Dough will be pretty stiff. Add walnuts. Mix until well combined.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, and bake until golden, about 12 minutes. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
