S’More Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 15 graham squares in the pan, with sides overlapping slightly. Break remaining grahams into pieces and set aside.
  3. Microwave butter and chocolate squares in a large microwaveable bowl on High for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams in the pan.
  4. Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not over bake!) Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff. Press reserved graham pieces gently into the marshmallows. Cool. Use foil to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
