Spinach Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing
- 3/4 cups Low Fat Miracle Whip Dressing
- 1/4 cups 1% Milk
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 cups Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 cups Fresh Raspberries
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cups Thinly Sliced Red/yellow Pepper
- Mix the Miracle Whip, milk, sugar, white wine vinegar, dry mustard, poppy seeds, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well to combine.
- In a large bowl toss together the spinach, onion, raspberries, almonds and peppers. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Enjoy!
- You could use strawberries or blueberries in place of the raspberries. Also you could use pecans or walnuts for the almonds if you like.
