“Loco” Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup for basting.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow glass dish, cover with marinade. Cover with a lid/plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
  3. Remove chicken from the fridge 45 minutes before cooking. Drain chicken and grill, basting the last few minutes before removing from the grill.
