Bananadillas
- 4 whole Flour Tortillas
- 1 whole Banana, Ripe
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar
- Butter 1 side of each tortilla. Mash banana with a fork and mix in chocolate chips. Place 1 tortilla, butter side down, into a heated quesadilla maker or skillet. Spoon half of the banana mixture on the tortilla and spread it around a bit. Place another tortilla on top, butter to the outside. Close the quesadilla maker or, if using a skillet, place another heavy skillet or weight on top. Cook until golden brown. If using a skillet, cook until one side is golden brown (2-3 minutes), flip, replace the weight, and cook until the other side is just as nice. Repeat the process with the other 2 tortillas and the rest of the banana mixture. While the Bananadilla is still hot and buttery, sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and serve.
- Buon Appetito!
