Mixed-Up Chicken Salad
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 whole Hardboiled Eggs
- 1 whole Apple
- 1/2 cups Red Seedless Grapes
- 1/2 cups Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cups (Real) Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Debone the chicken, then either tear or chop the meat into bite-sized pieces. Dice the hardboiled egg whites into pieces and discard the yolks (or you can just eat them!). Dice the apple and cut the grapes into fourths. Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and stir together.
- This next step is the most important one: the taste test!
- Grab a spoon and taste it! Then add more salt, pepper, relish, mayo, or mustard as you see fit!
- Once the taste test is complete, cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve on your favorite bread or crackers, or eat it all by itself!!
