Monster Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or just spray really well.
  2. In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the m&ms, chocolate chips, everything but the kitchen sink, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop balls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. I like to make mine pretty big.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.
  4. P.S. You can add anything you want: nuts, fruits, different candies. They always turn out great!
