Monster Cookies
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1-1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 12 ounces, weight Chunky Or Creamy Peanut Butter (I Like It Chunky)
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 4-1/2 cups Quick-cooking Oatmeal (not Instant)
- 1/2 cups M&Ms
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (I Like Milk Chocolate Chips)
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1/4 cups Toffee Bits
- 1/4 cups Raisins (optional-I Can't Stand The Little Buggers)
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or just spray really well.
- In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the m&ms, chocolate chips, everything but the kitchen sink, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop balls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. I like to make mine pretty big.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.
- P.S. You can add anything you want: nuts, fruits, different candies. They always turn out great!
