Sprite Cupcakes
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) White Cake Mix
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 box (3.4 Oz. Box) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 8 ounces, fluid Small Can Of Sprite

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1 cup Softened Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Milk Or Heavy Cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line tins for cupcakes. Mix the cake ingredients on low until combined and then increase speed to medium and mix for about 2 minutes until completely blended. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins and bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Now make your frosting. Using a mixer, cream softened butter and vanilla until smooth. Slowly add sugar; let butter and sugar mix together before adding more. If you want it a little creamier, add a teaspoon of milk at a time and beat on high until you get the texture you want. Add food coloring for the color you want.
