Square Pudding Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Mix together the butter, flour and salt in a small bowl. Spread into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In medium sized bowl, combine the dry pudding mix with milk and beat until thickened. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add whipped topping and blend until creamy.
  5. Spread pudding mixture over the cooled crust and then top with the cream cheese/whipped cream topping. Top with finely chopped nuts.
  6. Chill well before serving.
