Oatmeal Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Imitation Maple Flavoring
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1-1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 cup Toffee Bits
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and set aside.
- 2. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar. Add the eggs and maple flavoring, and mix for about 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the dry ingredients from Step 1 and mix until smooth. Then mix in the oatmeal, chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
- 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 10-12 minutes.
