St. Patrick’S Day Cupcakes
- FOR THE CUPCAKES:
- 1 whole (18 Oz. Box) White Cake Mix
- 3 whole Eggs Or Egg Whites
- 1/3 cups Oil
- 1-1/4 cup Water
- 1 whole Recipe, Buttercream Frosting

- FOR THE JELLO:
- 1 package Lime Jello (4 Oz. Package)
- 1 cup Water, Boiling
- 1 cup Water, Cold
- Mix and bake white cupcakes using the cupcake ingredients (except frosting).
- After they have cooled, mix the lime jello. Poke cupcakes with a fork several times. Place them on a lined cookie sheet with an edge. Carefully pour jello over the cupcakes. Transfer them to another cookie sheet and place in the fridge. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Frost with Buttercream Frosting or your favorite frosting.
- These cupcakes can easily be changed to whatever flavor you like.
- They are fun and festive for any holiday.
