St. Patrick’S Day Cupcakes

  1. Mix and bake white cupcakes using the cupcake ingredients (except frosting).
  2. After they have cooled, mix the lime jello. Poke cupcakes with a fork several times. Place them on a lined cookie sheet with an edge. Carefully pour jello over the cupcakes. Transfer them to another cookie sheet and place in the fridge. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Frost with Buttercream Frosting or your favorite frosting.
  4. These cupcakes can easily be changed to whatever flavor you like.
  5. They are fun and festive for any holiday.
