S’Mores Affogato With Marshmallow Whipped Cream
- 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
- 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 8 ounces, weight Mocha Or Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 cup Brewed Espresso (drip Coffee Or French Press May Be Substituted)
- 1 Tablespoon Graham Cracker Crumbs
- In the bowl of your stand mixer, with whisk attachment fixed, add the heavy whipping cream and the confectioners' sugar. Mix on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in the marshmallows and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
- Assemble your S'mores Affogato by placing 4 ounces each of ice cream into 2 coffee cups. Pour 1/2 cup of espresso into each cup and then dollop with the marshmallow whipped cream. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
