Chicken Yucatan*

  1. Season
  2. chicken
  3. breasts
  4. with spices.
  5. Line a flat pan with aluminum
  6. foil.
  7. Place chicken in pan, distribute onion, celery, tomatoes
  8. and
  9. pepper
  10. over
  11. chicken.
  12. Pour in orange juice and marinate several hours.
  13. It's convenient to do this in
  14. the morning
  15. and
  16. forget until mid-afternoon.
  17. Cover with foil and bake
  18. at 300u0b0 for 4 hours.
  19. Serve over saffron rice. Slow, long cooking very important.
  20. Serves 8.
