Mediterranean Chicken And Orzo Salad

  1. Make the dressing:
  2. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and Italian seasoning slowly after others are blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Make the pasta:
  4. Mix together all the other ingredients.
  5. Pour on 3/4 cup of dressing. Fold together GENTLY then drizzle on the remaining dressing.
  6. Serve.
