Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
- In a medium bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and peanut butter until thoroughly incorporated and fluffy. Mix in egg, vanilla and milk, scraping down sides as necessary. Next add both sugars. Finally, mix in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Measure 2 tablespoons of dough and place on baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes (mine took 14 minutes). Let cool on a cooling rack.
