Lime Fruit Salad(8 Servings)

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl; stir in cold water.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup gelatin mixture into bottom of 6 cup ring mold; refrigerate until set, but not firm, about 30 minutes. Arrange apple slices on gelatin; pour 1 cup gelatin over apples. Refrigerate until set, but not firm, about 45 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate remaining gelatin until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 45 minutes.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  5. Loosen edge of mold with tip of knife; dip mold briefly in warm water.
  6. Unmold on serving platter; refrigerate until serving time.
