Addicting Macaroni Salad
- 1 package Shell Macaroni, 10 Oz. Package
- 1 Tablespoon Accent Seasonings
- 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 4 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Celery
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Black Olives
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Pimentos
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Add Accent, seasoned salt, lemon juice and oil to pasta. Stir and cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, add celery, onion, olives, bell pepper and pimentos to the pasta. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of real mayonnaise and mix well. Add more or less mayo to taste. Don't use Miracle Whip. It won't taste the same or as good. You don't want too much mayo, just enough to hold everything together.
- This dish gets better as it sits. It will keep in the fridge for about one week.
