Bbq Baked Beans
- 8 ounces, weight Bacon
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 2 cans (16 Oz. Size) Busch's Original Baked Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sguar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Spicee Gourmet's St. Louis Rib Rub
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Start with a cold metal skillet and place bacon in a single layer. Turn heat to medium and cook until just crispy. Remove bacon from pan but leave bacon grease in pan! Dab off any excess grease, and dice bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook diced onions in bacon grease. Place all ingredients (including cooked bacon and onions) into a large bowl. Stir and place into an oven safe dish. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove tin foil, stir, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the beans are hot!
