Krispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Recipe note: The baking powder, water and vegetable oil replace the egg in this recipe.
  2. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar with an electric mixer. Add baking powder, water, vegetable oil and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add Rice Krispies and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  5. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough about 1 to 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies just begin to brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  7. Makes about 40 cookies.
