Strawberry Banana Bread
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cups Mashed Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 cups Peeled And Mashed Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts (optional)
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or butter a 9-inch x 5-inch x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth; add the strawberries and bananas.
- 3. Stir the oil mixture into the dry mixture until just incorporated. Fold in walnuts.
- 4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. When done, cool for 10 minutes in pan then remove the loaf from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
