Sausage, Bean And Kale Stew

  1. Saute the garlic and onion in the olive oil until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned and heated through.
  3. Add tomatoes, beans, broth, and seasonings.
  4. Bring to a boil and start adding kale one small bunch a time.
  5. The kale will begin to wilt down and you can keep adding more until it's all in.
  6. Turn heat down and simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with grated asiago or parmesan and crusty bread. ENJOY!
