Greek Yogurt Blueberry Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Combine honey, vanilla, bananas, eggs, and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly then add in dry mixture. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
