Strawberry Bread With Cream Cheese Spread
- FOR THE BREAD:
- 2 packages Frozen Strawberries With Juice (10 Oz)
- 3 cups White Enriched Flour
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 whole Eggs

- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 1/2 cups Reserved Strawberry Juice
- Thaw strawberries and strain, reserving 1/2 cup juice, discarding the rest of the juice.
- In a large bowl combine and mix all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of dry mixture. In a smaller bowl, combine the oil and eggs and beating well.Pour the liquid ingredients into the well. Mix well and fold the strawberries into the batter.
- Grease and flour two loaf pans. Pour batter into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 1 hour.
- Cream cheese spread: Combine softened cream cheese with reserved strawberry juice and beat until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate.
