Lasagna Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
  3. Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring until crumbled and brown. Drain.
  4. Stir in oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan in pie plate.
  6. Spoon beef mixture over top.
  7. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender) or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over meat in pie plate.
  8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or knife test comes out clean.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
