Strawberry Daiquiri Punch
- 6 cups Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries
- 6 ounces, fluid Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice
- 16 ounces, fluid Lemon Lime Carbonated Beverage (we Like Fresca)
- 2 cups Crushed Ice
- If using fresh strawberries, remove stems and caps.
- If using frozen strawberries (can be sweetened or unsweetened, depending on your preference...I used sweetened and my punch did not get overly sweet) thaw berries.
- Put berries through a blender or food processor, process until smooth/pureed.
- In large pitcher, combine strawberries, limeade concentrate, and pineapple juice. Refrigerate until just before serving time.
- Just before serving time, mix in the lemon-lime carbonated beverage and crushed ice.
- If you want to make this ahead, you can mix the berries with the limeade and pineapple juice up to 4 hours in advance, then chill, and add the rest just before serving, like above.
