Chili

  1. Chop onion and pepper finely, then cook with garlic until onion is soft.
  2. Brown the ground beef; stir to break up meat. Drain grease.
  3. Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover pot, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours or more, stirring frequently.
  5. Include chopped hot peppers for hot chili. Add water if chili gets too thick.
