Veggie Snacks
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 packet Ranch dressing (dry)
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. broccoli
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. tomato
- 1/2 c. radish
- Spread the two cans of crescent roll dough flat on a cookie sheet.
- Bake about 6 minutes until light brown at 400u0b0.
- Make a sauce of the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and packet of Ranch dressing.
- Blend together well.
- Spread over the cooled crescent dough.
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Mix vegetables together and sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Cut into squares and serve.
