Chocolate Peanut Butter Roasted Banana Milkshake
- 2 Bananas (ripe, But Not Overripe)
- 8 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup, Plus Extra For Drizzling And Topping
- 1/3 cups Milk
- Whipped Cream For Topping
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Place bananas on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until skin turns black and bananas are soft. Allow bananas to cool on pan for 10 minutes. Remove skin and allow bananas to cool completely.
- Drizzle sides of large glasses with chocolate syrup.
- Add roasted bananas, ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide mixture between prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
