Healthy Hearty Granola
- 14 cups Old Fashioned (large) Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Wheat Germ
- 2 cups Wheat Bran
- 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cups Flax Seeds
- 1 cup Flaked Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- In a large roasting pan, stir together the dry ingredients. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, mix the oil, honey and vanilla until well combined, then pour over the dry ingredients. Stir together. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes, taking the roaster out and stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container.
- We enjoy this granola topped with milk (of course!), pumpkin seeds, raisins and blueberries, but the possibilities are really endless. Enjoy!
