Grilled Salmon With Fresh Ginger
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 6 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 tsp. ground pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
- Combine all ingredients to make a marinade sauce.
- Rinse fillets under cold water and pat dry.
- Place into a shallow dish in a single layer.
- Pour marinade over fillets, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare grill and spray with Pam.
- Grill salmon about 10 minutes per inch or until done. Brush with remaining marinade sauce.
- Be sure to use fresh herbs.
- Great on chicken, too.
