Grilled Salmon With Fresh Ginger

  1. Combine all ingredients to make a marinade sauce.
  2. Rinse fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  3. Place into a shallow dish in a single layer.
  4. Pour marinade over fillets, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare grill and spray with Pam.
  6. Grill salmon about 10 minutes per inch or until done. Brush with remaining marinade sauce.
  7. Be sure to use fresh herbs.
  8. Great on chicken, too.
