Strawberry Pretzel Bars

  1. Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F. In a 9x13 pan mix your pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the oven and cool completely.
  2. In a seperate bowl, whip the cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk until blended. Stir in the Cool Whip gently; spread it over the crust. Refrigerate.
  3. Add boiling water into the gelatin mix in a large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  4. Then cut the strawberries into small pieces and stir them into the gelatin. Spoon the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Serves 16.
