Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes
- 1/3 cups Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cups Oats
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 whole Small Ripe Banana, Peeled
- 3 Tablespoons Cottage Cheese (Greek Yogurt Would Work Too)
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Mini Chocolate Chips (optional, But Delicious)
- In a mixing bowl, blend together everything except the chocolate chips.
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium high, then pour on your desired pancake shapes (small ones tend to be easier to flip). Sprinkle the chocolate chips on each pancake, then flip them once little bubbles start forming on top and they're golden underneath. Remove cooked pancakes to a plate and finish cooking the rest of the batter.
- Top with whatever you like and eat up!
