Italian Parmesan Potatoes

  1. Heat grill. Cut 14-inch square sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place potatoes in center.
  2. In small bowl, combine oil, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Drizzle over potatoes.
  4. Stir gently to coat. Wrap and seal securely with tight double folds.
  5. Place foil packet on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6-inches from medium-high coals.
  6. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Open packet.
  8. Stir gently.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to grill. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
