Steak Roll-Ups

  1. Cook rice until tender; drain.
  2. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Cut steak in 6 pieces.
  3. Pound each to 6 x 4-inches.
  4. Spread steaks with rice.
  5. Roll up; fasten with picks.
  6. Brown in hot fat.
  7. Add soup and 1 cup of water.
  8. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Remove meat. Add water to pan drippings to make 1 cup.
  10. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup water.
  11. Stir into liquid.
  12. Cook and stir until thickened. Makes 6 servings.
