Quick, Easy, And Moist Chocolate Cake

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed. Stir in the boiling water. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 40-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. This is a very moist cake.
  3. To make the frosting, cream butter. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar alternately with half-and-half. Put the vanilla in last. Yum!
