Quick, Easy, And Moist Chocolate Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1-3/4 cup Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Boiling Water

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 3/4 cubes Cocoa Powder
- 2-2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 cubes Half-and-Half Or Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed. Stir in the boiling water. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 40-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- This is a very moist cake.
- To make the frosting, cream butter. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar alternately with half-and-half. Put the vanilla in last. Yum!
